Qualifications:

  

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in a related videography or media field.

 

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects — essential tools for video and photo editing.

  • Strong understanding of camera settings such as lighting, exposure, focus, and framing.

 

• Social Media Knowledge:
  Basic understanding of social media management and content creation, particularly for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, to ensure effective visual storytelling and audience engagement.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

The videographer will be responsible for the full video production process, including:

• Concept Development & Planning:
  Create ideas, plan shoots, and produce video content across various formats — including lifestyle features, humanitarian stories, and promotional materials.

 

• Creative Execution:
  Deliver high-quality video content that pushes creative boundaries while maintaining the organization’s brand standards.

 

• Production Management:
  Set up and manage studio environments and filming equipment to ensure smooth operations during shoots.

 

• Post-Production:
  Handle photo and video editing, color correction, and final delivery using Adobe software.
